Sometimes you must finish a contractual compromise with a customer, and in this case, it's very easy to stop all future recurring payments of a subscription initiated by PayForm. This process should be done in the Stripe Dashboard.
Access the Stripe Dashboard
When you create an account in PayForm, you also create an account on Stripe, unless you connected your existing Stripe account to PayForm. Either way, to access the Stripe Dashboard you should use this account, as it's the account you're currently using to receive payments. Visit the Stripe website and click on Log In.
Suspend the subscription
Inside Billing, select Subscriptions to view all your current subscriptions. Use the search and filters to find the subscription you want to stop and click to open it.
In the upper part of the subscription, click the a Cancel subscription button. This way the subscription will be cancelled and no future installments of the recurring payment will be billed.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past payments. If your customer requires that you refund a particular payment associated to the subscription, you can do so in the Payments section in the dashboard.
